When ordering an engine or crankshaft ( any core item requring an exchange) outside of the US, you must present us with the core exchange first (your old part). At that time any damages would be assessed and you will be notified of how much money for the wire transfer or US money orders for the sale. All freight, taxes, VAT charges and duties are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend FedEx (800) Go-FedEx or FedEx's website for your shipments to and from your location.

Please remember, we will charge additional fees for damaged aluminum, missing parts or aftermarket parts. Once we have received both the core parts and the payment in full, the order can be released for shipping.

Instructions:

1. Send your old engine (core) to:
   SBT

2. SBT will fax or e-mail your invoice to you.
   
   
3. Wire transfer the amount of the invoice, in US dollars, to SBT's bank (the information will be provided with the invoice).
   
   
4. Upon confirmation on receipt of funds, SBT will then notify you that your remanufactured engine is ready, via fax or e-mail.
   
   
5. FedEx is the carrier of choice by SBT for all international sales.
