SBT SALES AGREEMENT - All sales are secured by a credit card, including COD shipments. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Credit card authorization will be used for any of the following charges:

If this order is canceled for any reason after it has been shipped, you will be responsible for round trip freight and a 10% restocking fee. You will be charged for the repair or replacement of any broken aluminum, missing or aftermarket parts, modified parts on your core exchange. For example cracks or holes in the case, cylinders or heads, aftermarket heads or ported cylinders. Your core must be returned to us within 2 weeks after receipt of your engine or you will incur a nonrefundable late fee of $100.00 per week until the core is received ($25 per week for crankshafts). The core becomes the property of SBT upon receipt at our facility. If you incur any problem with this, please call the return department immediately. Any unauthorized expense incurred by SBT will be chargeable to your credit card. (for example, expedited freight charges, duties, tariffs, taxes, etc.)

Any disputes arising from this sale must be brought about in the Pinellas County Courthouse.
