crank oil seal

I just did a top end on my 89 js550 stand up, wiseco pistons and rebuilt my carb. I got it all back together only to find that I have crankcase gases coming from my magneto housing.

Can I replace the oil seals without splitting the case? If so any tips on a conveniant flywheel holder tool?
