just wondering 1.what is the pop-off for this ski. and 2.little confused about the reed cage install, is it gaset,reed,gasket,manifold.? or is it gasket,reed,restricter,manifold??? have no idea. when i say resticter i mean that flat metal "window" that sits in front of the reeds. and what is it there for???, and do i need to use it? thanks..
