Back in the day on my old JS550 the first thing that everybody did was to add dual cooling. Drilled and tapped a fiiting in the jet pump to add an additional line of cooling to the engine. I'm trying to remember how the cooling ran through the engine. I think it runs as follows. Both lines run into the exhaust manifold and exits at the top of the cylinder head, in which there was an addditional fitting installed. One exit went to a restrictor then out the ski and the other goes to the exhaust pipe. Is the correct way it was done? Somebody should know this was done on this forum since the standup Kawi's was the originator of PWC.
