94 St 750

I have a 1994 ST 750. I cannot give it full throttle without it falling on it's face from the start. If I play with the throttle I can get it to take off. I bought the ski last year with a bad number on piston. I installed new pistons, rings, wrist pins and rebuilt the carborators. It seem to do better if it's hot and I don't notice any power differents between 3/4 throttle and full throdle. Do you think this could be a carb problem running to rich? I also I'm running premixed fuel 50:1.
