Troubleshooting 650sx +1mm

I got +1mm pistons and got bored out to fit. New rings New gaskets...

Installed New starter motor and New solenoid
New battery

I have 12V from the battery all the way to starter motor even while cranking.

With the spark plugs pulled out everything will spin and move freely...

I put spark plugs in or try and do compression test and it dosnt seem strong enough...

Motor dosnt want to turn over

Battery is brand new test good

Any ideas?
