After properly storing my 93 SL750 for the winter, it wouldn't start in the spring after de-winterizing it. So, I loaded it up and took it to the Polaris dealer to inspect. He told me that the the crank was out of sync. He also added that this would cost me 2 grand to replace the crank! The engine was rebuilt 2 years ago, and ridden for about 30 hours, ran perfect when it was last used with no issues. Why would this be the case now? I think I am being taken here by the dealer. Any help/advise or is this guy telling me the truth?
