possible causes of oil/sludge out of exhaust

hi there,
what can be possible causes of oil coming out of exhaust on a 97 see doo explorer...especially on start up....ski has been sitting two months..and seems to run fine..

The center seals in the crankcases are leaking oil into the motor. No easy fix for it, other than replacing the crankshaft.
