I have a 96 spi that i just swapped a 650 into. I am able to get it running by pouring a bit of fuel in the carb, but I cannot get fuel to flow from the tank. I've tried priming the fuel line with a hand pump, but I still cannot get fuel to flow. the fuel valve is in the on position. all hoses are hooked up correctly. Is there something I need to check in the fuel system????? I am getting a little frustrated.
