another 99 gtx rfi no start

new ski. new problem.
the ski all of sudden won't start. checked the plugs and look fine. sprayed starting fluid in the engine. put everything back and it turns over for a second
I did this about ten times and it does the same thing


seems like no fuel is getting to the engine. I checked the fuel line and there was plenty of fuel spraying out the two times I checked.

any idea how I can further troubleshoot the fuel line???
