Ok, Here are the details for the driveshaft update kits. I have installed 4 already and there great! No more alignment problems.
They come as a kit which includes the floating bearing assembly kit (p/n 0637-166)
kit (p/n 0637-166) = Daytona 770
kit (p/n 0637-167 = Monte Carlo & Montego models
kit (p/n 0637-168) = Daytona 1000
Distributer price is less then $100 per kit
The coupling is rubber bonded and the shaft screws into it.Very easy to align.
