The drain plug on my 01 XLT 1200 was left off it took in some water, I drain and blow all the water out the spark plug hole, replace the plugs with fresh plugs and had it running,. But I can barely reach 20 mph. Waveeater, power valve clips and couplers were done last year. What could be wrong? Any help will be appreciated.
