1999 Yamaha 1200 Wave Runner Rav Valve Settings

thanks to everyone in the SBT Family for your information leading to the fix for my 1200. The problem was in the carb#2. A very small amount of water had worked its way into the carbcausing it to lose power at 48 MPH. While we were in there we deceided just to replace the jets ,Replace filters, Inspect the diaphram and clean, Clean all of the Carb housing. Put everything back together and took it for a test ride. Test Ride was great except for one item. the setting of the rav valves.
My new challange is to set the RAV Valves for the best proformance. Dose anyone have the Spec's for setting these?
