  • water leak

I have a 98gsx limited and I wastaking on water bad last year(about 1/2 the hull in 5 minutes). I have ran it on the hose and nothing leaked, but I put water in the hull and had a steady stream running out around the driveshaft. Would the leak get worse when going across the lake?

      What bustoff said.
You really want to get that fixed. Nothing like sinking your ski to ruin a good day, not to mention the motor.
Any technology, sufficiently advanced, will appear as magic.

I have same ski and had same problem. Both bailer tubes in the venturi had fallen out.

I dont think that is the case with this one as he added water to the hull and saw water leaking at the carbon seal area of the driveshaft but hen again that is another thing to look at. Is it taking on water while riding only or while riding and sitting? If while riding only check the bailer tube connections that they are still on the fittings in back.
