Is this normal?

I was checking the condition of my spark plugs, I had one plug out and there was puffs of steam coming out of the spark plug hole, is that normal? there were small waves hiting the back of the jet ski at the time. ( 97 tigarshark 640 montego) Thanks

Yes, that's normal. The exhaust ports are often open when you take a plug out, and you will see steam coming back out. No big deal.
