1993 640 Help ...

I have a 1993 Tigershark 640cc. It has always ran great , It now when I try to start it it is VERY hard to start , and POPS loud and stutters like it is "missing" or something. It will eventually start and idle , but it bogs when you give it gas , I am baffled ? Please Help ...
