    Too high fuel pressure........

    I am currently running a 120 restrictor in my Novi 44, fuel pressure at idle is just below 3 psi and WOT is 6 psi. Should I start using larger restrictor jets to try to get my fuel pressure lower???? I am using a pressure gauge from Novi to monitor my pressures. Could too high of pressure make fine tuning the carbs difficult??? The pics show the fuel pressure gauge and how it was mounted.
