97 Wave Venture 701

What is the correct cylinder pressure for this ski. It sat at the end of last year because it was running very rich, had timing that was off because fuel that was exhausted was black. I think it is slightly lower because it has not run and needs to have oil in the cylinder to coat the wall and make up the remaining pressure. It is currently ±130 psi.

if both cyls are 130 your fine , the numbers do not matter to much as long as there even .
