Brp is by far the rudest and most unpleasent people i have ever spoke with . i got passed around from people to people my calls were never returned ..ever! they basically told me the same exact thing ..get a lawyer if you dont like it .. and i was just calling to complain about the amt of times my 20 hr rxp was down .. god forbid if something serious happened .. my experience with dealing with brp was horrible i had 3 open case #s 3 differnt people supposedly working on my 3 complaints , never receieved one call .. not one !we called from the dealership and was told that for a "new product" 4 service calls was not bad for a 20 hr vehicle .. hmmmmmmmmmmm if i had to bring my 05 grand cherok. in 4 times after having it for 20 hrs i wonder what chrysler would say ???
