Got the SBT carb gaskets Thursday, installed them Friday, reinstalled the carb Sat, and it runs again. It even responds to the idle adjustment screw.
For the first time since I've owned it, it will idle on its own, in the water and while flushing.
I installed the gaskets per the Clymer book, somewhat confusing, but it seems to work. The SBT carb article is excellent, but I wish it had the gasket locations listed.
I tried checking the pop off pressure, but my air compressor kept blowing my hoses apart at 45-50 psi. It seemed to be over 50 psi, and this seems ok. Any suggestions? 91 Waverunner LX, 650 single carb.
