  • polaris extra fuel pump

I melted a hole in piston #3 while towing in a blown Kaw 750. Will the extra fuel pum really help? How do I buy it from sbt(it's not on your product page) and how should I set the carb screws after installation? Do I look at the plug tips or peek in the plug hole and look at the piston top? thanks i hope this will keep it from happening again.
    please send email responses thanks

Having proper available fuel has nothing to do with your mixture settings, so you don't need to do anything as far as screw adjustment, assuming they were tuned properly in the first place.

Just give us a call and ask for the part - not quite all our small parts are up on the page yet (coming next week).

Yes, it will help greatly, by preventing this from happening in the first place. Your stock setup is very poor, relying entirely on the unused fuel of the first two carbs to feed the last one.
