Ok I finally learned my lesson about the piece of *#*#@%* crap Mikuni oil pump on my ski. Now that I have to replace my rings and bore/hone my cylinder wall on one cylinder, I am ready to ditch the pump once and for all. I know about the oil pump block off kit, but my question is that on my ski, the oil is pump directly into the carbs and mixed with the gas internally, so what do I have to do to block off those oil ports on the carb? Do I have to replace the carbs or will vacuum caps on the ports suffice? Thanks, Rob
