Running in new engine?

Hi, I've just fully re-built my 750SXI pro motor, crank (YES CRANK), top end and all. I was wondering what kind of run-in procedure I should go through, what oil to use and how much of it? Please don't say SBT oil though, as I don't think SBT have a uk outlet, although maybe you should consider it guys. Thanx.
