  • Fuel Gauge Problems with 93 XP

    Does anyone know the best way to troubleshoot the
    fuel gauge? Short cuts to checking sending unit or gauge?
    All responses greatly appreciated!!!

    Ohm test the sender, if it reads infinity or 1, it is bad. The senders are what usually go bad, not the gauge.

        Can you point out where is the fuel sender?Any pic?Is it the inside the fuel baffle?

          Yes it's the unit in the fuel tank. It's all one unit that pulls out from the top - where all the lines attach.
