Quick question: 750Xi impeller on 650 X2 ??

Is it possible to install a 750Xi (5-blade impeller) on a 650 X2 pump ??

I'm thinking it might be possible seeing how both the Xi and the X2 use 140mm pumps. The Xi comes with a 13/18, 5-blade, stainless steel impeller where the X2 comes with a wimpy aluminum 18 degree impeller. Seeing how I have an Xi impeller just laying around, it seems like a cheap upgrade for the X2. Has anyone done this ??

the rear dimensions of the two props are different. ( diff. off sets). even if you did adapt it to work, i don't think you could turn that 750 5-blade to your potential RPM's in your 650. you are better off selling the 750 prop on e-bay, or some classifieds, and looking for a new, or good used correct prop for your 650. zig

Hmm.. good point about the offset. I might have to just sell this thing. Thanks for the info.
