Reputable dealer?

Does anyone know a honest dealer in the lower Michigan area? I spent all last year trying to get my 96 1100 ZXI running with no sucsess. It wont go over 35 mph and I melted the new exhaust hoses I put on it already. Also rebuit the carbs and played around with pop off but never could get a spec for what it should be at. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
