Jetting setup for 3 outlet fuel pump

Does anyone know how much of a difference there is in the jetting when you install the three outlet fuel pump. I don't have my manual on me right now, but i seem to remember the high speed screw being turned out more on the mag carb compared to the other two, and the center turned out more than the pto carb. Once the 3 outlet pump is on, should the screws all be set the same on the carbs?
