99 Yamaha Xl 760 Electrical Problem.

I am working on a 99 xl 760 it has fire to the plugs but none of the gauges work.The dealer said it could be the mpm. Is this a possibility or do I need to look somewhere else for the problem.

You don't have an MPM. If it's not a disconnected wire, you need a new gauge cluster.
