top end rebuild on 97 seadoo gtx??

hey guys took my ski to the lake today and after running it for an hour it starrted to bog on top end and sputterm only get 6300 rpm,when i got home check compression had 150 in rear and 25 in front ,so i pulled head off and found the front cylinder in had two chips out of it,its fired!1my question is on the rebuild ,any special procedure on rebuilding top end?should i hone the cylinders/ special gasket glue etc,i rebuilt top end on dirt bikes but not on a sea-doo,any help would be great help,thanks..

Follow normal proceedures when rebuilding the top end, but if you do not find the problem it will happen again. Start with rebuilding the carbureators.
