´96 waveraider 1100 big nipple dumb question

HI I just found out that my raider 1100 has the big nipple which means that it was´nr recalled. Whenever I take a sharp left turn or ride with two people and the noso goes up high the ski dies. On the other threads it suggests that I ristrict it by putting a pilot jet in it. What I would like to know is if there is anythingelse that I can put in it to restrict it. I spent practically the whole day looking for this jet and couldñt find it. I am in Brazil and finding parts like this is hard. Would it solve the problem if I just bend the fuel return line and hold it in place with cable ties ?
