SBT Crank?

I'm gonna be getting a crank from you guy here shortly. The question is, I have been unsucsessful in getting the PTO off. Tried heating it, a 24" breaker bar, and I cannot get it off. When I bring it in for the core, would you guys have someone there who would be able to get it off? Also, does your crank come with a new oil seal?

somtimes the trick is to use 2 pipe wrenches and 2 people , or one PTO tool and one pipe wrench ,one on each side , it will come off { but if your local let SBT do it for ya }
