I recently towed my 97 1100stx (brand new SBT engine) and flooded the engine. I punped out the engine (next day) by removing the plugs, sprayed WD40 peridically while doing so) replaced the plugs and got the ski to run. reading the Kawaski owners manual, it says :
"if water is left in the engine more than a few hours, it will destroy the crankshaft bearings and damage internal engine parts"
How big of a problem do I have?
