94 WR 700 Oil Injection

Is it normal for a ski to smoke considerably while idling? It seems like the ski may be getting too much oil from the injection system.

It that possible? Is the flow adjustable? I've read about the pump failing and being bypassed, but too much flow???

Any help would be appreciated.

it's not getting more oil...the pump pumps at a fixed rate...the longer it idles, the more it will smoke...don't remove the oil injection...it is there for convienence....but make sure the small delivery likes are in good shape and well connected...it is very reliable on that model....and it's non adjustable...

Thanks for the advice... I'll stick with the injection... all the lines look good.
