Default Temperature Gage for Waverunner III

I have a 93 Waverunner III with a 650cc engine. I was wondering if anyone has ever hooked up a temperature gage to the engine and if you have where to get one. It would be nice to know if the engine is running hot before it gets to the auto slow down mode.

you could hookup one like they use on outboards , it just mounts on the side of the block .

As much as I've done work on outboards and ski's I'm ignorant on what you're suggesting... how do you put temp gauge on outboard or ski? I'd like to know where to get one and how to do it...?????

    1fastski,

What kind of outboard (brand) are you talking about. I could start looking for parts at dealer or aftermarket and modify to fit Waverunner.
