Oil injection block off kit for GP800R

I just installed my SBT engine in my 02' GP800R and was in the process of reattaching my oil injection pump when I broke off one of the two ears from the aluminum casting off the pump itself. Since a HeliArc weld would destroy the seals from heat exposure, my pump is now useless and can't be fixed. I don't feel like dumping $300 on a new pump so I've decided to install one of your oil injection kits. My question is which one do I buy? You have three seperate ones listed and I need to know the part number of the one that would fit mine. My other question is once I have the kit installed... what is the proper mixing ratio of Gas and oil? Thanks for your continued outstanding support! -Justin
