I have a 1996 Tigershark Monte Carlo 900 that runs great after I get it started but the problem is that I have to use starting fluid to start it. After it runs for a couple of minutes, I can turn it off and it will start without using the starting fluid. After it sits for a day, I have to start this process over again. Can someone please tell me what the problem could be and how to fix it?

Re: 96 Monte Carlo 900 need starting fluid to start
back out the low speed adjusters 1/4 of a turn and that should help with cold starting.
Make sure the choke is fully closed when you try to start it and don't give it any throttle untill it starts.Providing mobile JetSki service to the Charlotte / Lake Wylie area.
