Just installed an A6.1 prop on my 96Xp,( want more top end), looking through the intake grate, I noticed that there is a good 1/2" to 5/8" from the rubber boot on the front of the prop to the raised flange on the driveshaft. I realize that the rubber boot on the the nujet is a little shorter than the one on the stock prop, but this seems a little excessive. Do I have enough engagement from the shaft to the prop?
