  • Broken Bolts

So i bought a 95 SPX for around 700 dollars. It would turn over and Idlle but would not run for long whne you gave it gas. So I took it ...I figure for 700 including the trailer it wasnt that bad. and I need something to work on so I wont bother my wife whiel she finishes colloge. I dont know what the compression is warm but cold it is about 152 in both the Mag and PTo cylinders. I figure I would rebuild the carbs because the owner ( orignal purchaser) had never done any of it. So after taken the flame arestors off I notice he had stripped all four carb bolts. I figured I would take the rotary cover off and get it out where I could work on it. I noticed the cover was cracked in one corner where a bolt goes through it. Soaked it in PB blaster and let is sit I reached in to loosen the first bolt, not the one where it was broken, and with what i would would consider a little pressure ( standard size boxend and no cheater) the bolt head breaks.
Can I get this whole engine out with the carbs on it? I really need to get it up on to the table where I can see whats going on and possibly where i can get the cover off. Not new to machine work or engines just PWC. Any help would BE GREAT!

    Thanks
