  • ocean pro rideplate question

    have any of yu had any problems with the ocean pro rideplate for the 95 slt 750? i just got a brand spanking new one from ocean pro and the mounting holes are like 1/2 to 3/4 inches off. i tried calling them but i get the awnsering machine.

    Keep trying, Ken (I think thats his name if I recall correctly) is a very nice guy, I've been on the phone with him before.

    Is there any model # mark that may tell you that you have the wrong piece? Just a stab at it.

    Can you post a pic of it?

      sounds like you might have a plate for an SL instead of an SLT

        ken called me back last night. he says its the absolute first plate that he has had someone call about. the only marking on it says sltx. when i put it up to the bottom of the ski it sits in there perfectly. its just that the holes are off. ken told me to just redrill the plate to line up with the holes on my ski and RTV the old holes. i told him i would send him a few pictures of how far off it is.
