Hey I agree that women are the most beautiful thing on gods green earth.

And its nothing to do with being a pervert, its put in our face, how can we avoid it without not coming to this website (which, by the way is excellent in text content).

You cant use the argument that pwc = swimwear and beaches, therefore its ok.

This is a website, not the beach......

I dont want my children seeing me on this website, or what about at work? You guys should be more interested in your (hopefully) female partners, than some chick on a pwc website.

Sexually explicit pictures, writing, or other material whose primary purpose is to cause sexual arousal.

You cant tell me guys dont get excited and start saying sexual things to their mates when they see that girl on the sbt main page?

If it was about "having fun", there would be pictures of people actually having fun on their pwcs. Like there is in the pics area.

javiert99, as an aside off topic, I assume your wife is early to mid-20s? Most that age are plenty secure. 10-15 years later, chances are those same women will not be as secure...and they will feel challenged by 20 year olds...and most likely will start to care. Her security will be based a lot on what you do. Think ahead...what you do today WILL come back.

No Mike, they aren't being removed. We are truely sorry you are offended - however we certainly don't share the sentiment nor feel that the vast majority of people agree with your opinion.

Bikinis are not explicit in any way, nor is anything on our website catagorized as any type or pornography. If our bikini pictures offend you, I suggest you simply stop viewing them. Also, stay away from Hydroturf's, Hot Products, Factory Pipe's & many more websites using them, along with every issue of a PWC magazine.

You're fighting a hopeless battle, bud. You are a fraction of a percent of our customers that feel that way, and we happen to really like it too :)

I agree: none of this is porn. None of this is explicit. Explicit is something 'clearly seen', and I clearly see no sexual organs.

The rest of all this shouldn't be about politically correct, morally correct, or whatever...

It is about a business decision for SBT to make. Currently, your business is good with the decision you have made. But, be open for future growth, which MAY incur a different audience, and a different decision.

PWC isn't just about fast, tricked out skis anymore. The larger PWCs are marketed more to families...and that market is still relatively new (10 years?). I figure a more 'family oriented' market will eventually follow you, and I think you can get a sense of that merely from the excitement generated in this thread.

I figure Harley-Davisdon used to have bikini models sprawled out on their bikes. They don't anymore...why not?

I figure you guys started out as a niche market...and I think you guys are growing/have grown beyond niche (internet is GREAT, huh?). Consider that in your advertising strategies and goals.

If there were enough of me to make it financially attractive to you, I am sure your strategies would change. Right now, there isn't. As long as it is 1 objection out of 1000....no business impact. When that number grows to 50 out of 1000....well, that's 5%....could be big bucks.
