    951 Stock bore.
I have seen people saying that 87.92 are stock piston size for a 951. And I have had other people say that 88.16 is a stock piston.

Can they both be used in the same bore, and whitch one is stock.

both of what you mentioned are stock oem pistons but the lesser number is the stock bore.. The stock bore of a 951 is 88mm.. so therefore the stock bore piston is just a hair under that... and first over stock bore is 88.16(piston) and the first over stock bore is around 88.25mm..
these are using oem #s and if you go with sbt they send em out usually at 1mm over which is 89mm with aftermarket sbt pistons..not oem(seadoo)

If the OEM pistons measure 87.91mm, they are stock bore size of 88.0 mm, the piston must be smaller by at least 0.09 mm for operating clearance. And that's the size of the pistons, 87.91 mm!
