  • 1999 TS900L Jetting issues

While performing an engine rebulid that burned down the #2 piston I found the carbs jetted WAY different than the factory manual. Factory says that the jets should be mag105-center135-pto120 for the main, 70 for all three pilots and 100-95-95 for the fixed jets in the high speed needles. The actual jets were 107.5 for all mains, 95 for all pilots and 55 for all the needle jets. Also the carbs did not show any evidence of being tampered with - all the paint still intact on the regulator cover screws. Just curious if anyone out there has heard of Tigershark making any jetting changes such as this with there skis and it not making it to the svc manual? FWIW the manual is a 99svc manual. Thanks in advance
