I just had a 1100cc motor installed in my 99 zxi and after that had the carbs all cleaned and examined. The engine now has about 15 hours and starts and runs fine.:) My question is that it only seems to turn up to about 6800 rpm. I thought they reved up in the low 7000s. Is that right? The speedometer doesn't work, and I'm not sure how accurate the tachs are. I'm still running a little additional premix oil in addition to the oil injection. Could that have soemething to do with it?
