Default Piston size vs. Bore size?

I received my top engine kit yesterday and I had a question. I noticed that the pistons were labeled .5mm over. Is there any kind of marking on my new cylinders that indicate that they are bored to match the cylinders? Not trying to second guess SBT, I just wanted to make sure I had the right bore size for my pistons before I get too far what it.

    Thanks,
    Jason
