  • 2000 SeaDoo fouling plugs

About a month ago, a friend was riding our SeaDoo (2000 GTX RFI). He was sitting in the middle of lake waiting to load. He said he stood up and the ski rolled over. It sat upside down for about 10 minutes before he figured out how to roll it over. After letting it dry out for awhile and getting water out of the valves, I got it running. Went to lake to try it out and it worked fine for hours. Took it out again and it kept fouling plugs. As soon as I put new plugs in, it worked fine. Took it into a SeaDoo dealer to have them look at it and they're saying I need a new engine as my compression in one valve is 20% and the other is 90%. Don't think they are being honest about this. We don't have a lot of hours on it and we treat it right. Any ideas on this issue??
