1994 GTX fuel problem

I am not getting any fuel to my carbs on my GTX. The GTX sat for 2 years. I went through and replaced all fuel lines, Fuel filter assembly, fuel gauge sender and cleaned out the fuel tank and put in fresh gas.

Now how do i get the fuel to flow to the carbs ?? Is it a gravity feed ?? Please let me know.:D
