Default stripped threads at the Oil Pump to engine connection

Hi, Hopefully you can help me with my dilemma. I stripped the top left threads for the oil pump to engine union on my '95 XP. The bolt does not tighten to torque specs. :emotredf It spins loose with any real force. The other three bolts tighten up fine.

Can you recommend a quick/easy fix? Also, what type of problems could arise if I leave it as is.
    Thanks in advance,
    Steve

Oil pumps only have two bolts, what are you talking about?

    No, it doesn't.

You have your parts confused, you are looking at the intake manifold or rotary valve cover. The oil pump bolts to the intake manifold with 2 bolts. The intake manifold bolts to the rotary valve cover with 4 bolts. The rotary valve cover bolts to the engine with 4 bolts. If you stripped any, you can repair the threads with a helicoil.

This must be fixed prior to use or you will have an air leak and burn up your new engine.

Oh yes, you're right. It is the rotary valve cover.
Helicoil? Thanks, I'll look into that. Also, can you recommend gasket's for the carb to intake manifold connection?

Or get them from a local dealer, or make your own.
