  • Polaris keihin CDK II 38mm carb problems

Polaris keihin CDK II 38mm carb problems I've got a SBT engine that's 1 year old and it was working fine. It quit running and I was told the carbs needed rebuild. I rebuild them myself but couldn't get the engine to run past 20% throttle without bogging badly.

I took it back to the local shop and they can't get the carbs to work either after they've rebuilt them a few times. They told me they've spend about 15 hours working on it with no luck. Now they are saying I need new carbs. But we can't find new keihin CDK II 38mm carbs.

Is there ever any reason a carb can't be rebuilt? Is there any other carb model I could use on a Polaris SLT 700?

Any other solutions you can think of would be great!

They need to be ordered through a Polaris Dealer, they are specific to your ski. Yes sometimes there is internal clogs or damage that can not be cleaned.
