Question Water leak from intermediate housing

Hello - me again. Trying to fix a few water leaks I have in my SUV. Already fixed a few in the back, but there were more water coming from the front so had to take an engine out again (looks like I can do it with my eyes closed now LOL). Found another leak from this housing (right between the aluminum and rubber part on the bottom). Question is - how do I take this apart/what parts or seals do I need to fix it? I know I was trying to take it apart before with no luck.

    Thank You

    Firebird!

BTW The engine runs excellent - thank you!

Just a little update - was able to get it out from a craft (torch light is a great thing for those frozen bolts!). Now need to figure out how to get it apart... :)
